My Jazzy June Style Favorites

I can't believe that it is the last day of June! Where has the summer gone?
I'm planning to soak up every last bit of it while it is still here!
Today, I thought I would recap my Jazzy June Style Challenge. While I didn't quite get photos for everyday or even meet the challenged theme, it was definitely fun and gave me a motivational boost for the blog. I think a post every single day is too much so I'm going to start shooting for 3-4 posts per week, especially as summer winds down and the semester begins.
Click on the link below each picture for full outfit details.

This is probably my favorite look from the entire challenge. It was actually picked to be featured, out of almost 200 looks, on the Trend Spin Linkup Challenge here.

I'm excited for the Fourth of July holiday. My in-laws came down this past Saturday to bring our nephew to stay for a few days. We have a jam-packed week of fun activities to do at night and then we are heading home mid-week for a 5-day vacation back home. I'm trying to soak it up and make the most of it. July will be a month full of testing all-day every-day!!! Trying to mentally prepare myself!

Vest Me

Vest {similar} Tank {similar} Skirt {similar} Heels {similar}
This entire look (head to toe) except jewelry is all Cato Fashions! And all together costs well under $50 (that's right!). The high-low skirt, lace cutout tank, and wedge heels were all on clearance and the jean vest was a whopping (here my sarcasm?) $20 regular price. I also scored these Tory Burch inspired earrings from Catos for $4!
The necklace is in this look was a special Mother's Day gift from my MIL. No I'm not a "real" mom, just a "doggie" mom, but it was a sweet gesture that I'm very thankful for (those doggie moms do a lot of work too). It is an Origami Owl necklace with Hallmark charms. It has a Christian fish, cross, and heart key on the chain and a dog bone, initial, high heel, and graduation cap charms. I also love the length of the necklace.
The bracelets in this look are all from past seasons of my online jewelry shop: Bijoux Boutique

Make a Statement

Today I'm sharing how to "Make a Statement" with statement necklaces.
Statement necklaces are the easiest way to polish off a look and add a touch of color. Whether it's a bubble necklace or floral statement, a short or long piece, it can really pull an entire outfit together.
The looks below are all from past blog posts. The necklace details are posted below each photo. To see how I created my own DIY Jewelry Storage above click here.

Just Peachy

Dress: {Belk, old} Shoes: {Payless} Necklace: {Bijoux Boutique}
I recently wore this "peachy" dress to a traditional, Southern wedding in North Carolina. It was perfect for the warm, brunch wedding with outdoor seating for the reception.
I happened upon this dress on the clearance rack at Belk Department Store a few years ago when I was visiting the Raleigh area. I have loved it ever since!
